Application Guide: International Students

Any student applying for admission to USF St. Petersburg is considered international if he or she:

  • Is not a citizen of the United States.
  • Is not a permanent resident alien, asylee, or refugee.
  • Is pending permanent resident alien status.

If offered admission, international applicants will need to submit additional documents.


The University of South Florida St. Petersburg considers evaluation reports from any member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). The following agencies also provide foreign transcript evaluation services. USF St. Petersburg does not approve or reject any of these agencies.
