The Garden Club
The Garden Club focuses on educating students about sustainable urban farming techniques, while fostering a connection with the local community and the land. The club manages a 4000 square foot plot of land known as the Bayboro Food Forest, and focuses on organizing events to increase awareness on topics such as urban farming, permaculture, healthy foods, and more. Students can join the club for free and come/go as they please. Three large garden beds are available for the student body to plant in.
If you’re interested in joining the Garden Club email Tristan Izlar, firstname.lastname@example.org or check out our Facebook Group.
