Study Abroad Program

Education Abroad Forms For every USF student To apply for education abroad programs at USFSP, you must submit the following items to the Education Abroad office in Bayboro Hall, room 204. Please contact the Education Abroad office at 873-4851 or send an e-mail to Wendy Baker, Interim Education Abroad Coordinator, if you have any questions or concerns.
It is the students responsibility to get all of the signatures needed for the course approval form. A student must first see their academic advisor. He/ She will be able to let the student know how the course will fit with his/ her major. Once an advisor has singed it, the course approval should also be signed by the professor in charge of the trip. To finish you application use our "E-shop" to pay your $300 or $500 deposit. Please print a receipt so that it can be submitted with your application package. This deposit is refundable only if you are not accepted on the program, or the program is cancelled by USFSP. To guarantee full consideration, submit your package before the due date. Applications will be accepted until the first day of classes. Additionally:
Non USF Students Non USF Students are welcome to apply for our Study Abroad programs. In order to do so, one must first apply to USF as a non-degree seeking student. This will allow the university a way to track the student by giving him or her a "U number". For more information regarding this process please send an e-mail to studyabroad@stpete.usf.edu. For Financial Aid You may need to submit forms for Financial Aid. These forms will be available from USFSP Study Abroad office once you are accepted to the program.
