Study Abroad
The USF Education Abroad office in Tampa has a variety of different options for graduate students. These options include short term, summer, and semester abroad programs. For more information you can go to their Education Abroad site or call them at: (813)974-4314
Peace Corps
The Peace Corps has sent 170,000 Americans to developing countries to assist with AIDS education, information technology, and environmental preservation. Participants can benefit from student loan deferment, and often find their experience overseas gives them an edge in the job market. Students who are interested in volunteering for the Peace Corps should contact Christian Reed at USF Tampa by email, or at (813) 974-4579.

Fulbright student grants
These are available for US students who wish to pursue graduate education in almost any foreign country. Have a look, and see if anything will help you achieve your goals!
Marshall Scholarships
US citizens with a GPA of at least 3.7 are eligible to apply for Marshall Scholarships. These scholarships provide support for two years of graduate study in the United Kingdom.
Gates Cambridge Scholarships
Unless you're a British citizen, you're eligible to apply for this scholarship. Of course to use it, you have to be admitted as a graduate student to Cambridge University.
Rotary Scholarships
Rotary scholarships are an option even for students who have never been to a Rotary club. A variety of opportunities exist, and eligibility guidelines are detailed in this link.
