No matter your fitness level, we have classes that you are sure to enjoy. Our instructors teach a variety of courses including yoga, pilates, cardio, martial
arts and more!
Best of all, these classes are FREE for USF Students!

Whether you are a competitive athlete or just enjoy playing for the fun of it, we have an intramural sport for you.

Participating is FREE for all USF students.

Leagues for faculty, staff, and alumni are available.

If you have fitness goals, or need that extra push to reach new goals the Fitness Center has Personal Trainers who are here to help.

We have rates available for all USF STUDENTS and the general public.

All individuals who participate in Campus Recreation activities will be doing so at their own risk. These risks could include, but not limited to, muscle cramps, nausea, fainting, abnormal blood pressure, chest discomfort, and even death.  The University of South Florida and it's Board of Trustees are not responsible for any injury that may occur to individuals participating in any Campus Recreation activity. Participation in any Campus Recreation activity is on a purely voluntary basis.  Individuals are encouraged to have a physical examination and obtain adequate health and accident insurance PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION in all Campus Recreation activities.
