Application for Readmission

A graduate student who has not been in attendance for at least one semester during the past 12 months or who has not met the conditions of continuous enrollment must reapply for admission using the online application through https://secure.vzcollegeapp.com/usf/.

Reapplication must be received no later than the program's admission deadline date. See Application Deadlines. The University Admissions Criteria also govern reapplication requests. See Admissions Criteria.

Students requesting reapplication must submit a new online application and application fee and follow up with contact to the Office of Graduate Admissions to inform them that the application is a reapply versus a new application. Transcripts and test scores on file can be used - additional copies are not necessary.

The reapply policy does not apply to inactive students wishing to enroll in a program other than the original admitting program. These students must submit an application to the new program. Transcripts of any work completed while not attending a USF St. Petersburg program may be required.
