Wellness is not only a state of being, but also an active process of learning about and making healthy lifestyle choices. The Center for Counseling, Health & Wellness believes in the importance of promoting healthy lifestyles through a holistic perspective that emphasizes education and prevention. Student Health 101 an interactive online wellness magazine designed with students in mind.  Student Health 101 incorporates many important wellness issues into its monthly editions, including stress management, study skills, money management, and building relationships.    It is available for free to all USFSP students and Parents year-round.
