Wellness Room

The mission of the Center for Counseling, Health & Wellness focuses on an individual’s well-being, which can encompass many facets.  The purpose of the Wellness Room is to provide a quiet and safe place for students to achieve their goals of wellness. 

The Wellness Room provides access to several resources including:

• Written materials on a variety of health and wellness topics DVDs on wellness issues facing college students

• Music CDs

• Meditation CDs

• Massage chair
  

• Biofeedback

Please call and schedule an appointment for using the biofeedback program. Mental health education and relaxation materials may be used in the Wellness Room during regular working hours without an appointment.
