On-Line Version This electronic version streamlines the review process and allows the investigator, co-investigator, chair, dean and Sponsored Research the ability to track signature approvals. We are also able to maintain the integrity of the review process and fulfill the USFSP's responsibility to the sponsor. Registration First time users will need to register. The process is quick and simple to use. Just click on the link to register and create a user name and password of your choice. Once this information is completed, click "Register" to go back to the log-in page. When you log in for the first time, click "Remember Me" as a time saver when you revisit the site Upon completion of your registration, you are ready to access the electronic internal form. New Rule. . . Effective July 1, 2011 The Division of Sponsored Research (DSR) requires the submission of a signed and fully-completed internal form accompanying all proposals. It is particularly important that the PI submit the funding request for prior approval to the Dean and RVC for Academic Affairs if there is a cost-share: required or voluntary. The rule for submission is 5 business days in advance of the deadline. Plan for extra routing time if the request has a cost-share. Cost-share may also include defining language such as Match and/or In-Kind Contributions.
