08-0095P ARREST ON WARRANT, MARCHMAN DETENTION 2/17/08
On this date at approximately 11:59PM, Officers observed a pick-up truck parked on Peninsula Drive, with two white male occupants sleeping inside. While conducting a welfare check of the individuals it was obvious both were extremely intoxicated. Following a computer check one was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant, out of the state of Tennessee for Kidnapping. Both were taken into custody and transported to the Pinellas County Jail. The driver is awaiting extradition back to Tennessee, while the passenger was committed under the Marchman Act.
Officers Dye and Bell investigated, cases status, cleared with an arrest.
