DISORDERLY INTOXICATION, RESISTING AN OFFICER WITHOUT VIOLENCE 11/13/07
On this date at approximately 11:25PM Officers observed a non-student white male subject rolling on the ground screaming uncontrollably near the Boat House. Once contact was made he refused to identify himself and resisted the Officers. After a brief struggle he was placed under arrest and transported to Pinellas County Jail.
Sgt.Spicuglia and Officer Lickenfelt investigated, case status, cleared with an arrest.

07-0923P GRAND THEFT, BURGLARY 11/16/07
On this date at approximately 7:25PM a USF staff member reported the theft of a golf cart that was assigned to him. It was last seen parked in front of the CAC building. The value of the cart was estimated at $3,000.00.
Officer Lickenfelt investigated, case status, inactive.

07-0925P DISORDERLY INTOXICATION 11/17/07
On this date at approximately 12:28AM a USF Faculty member was seen kneeling over a non-student white female, who was laying in the grass near the south east side of MSL. Once contact was made by the Officer the female was unresponsive at first. When she regained consciousness it was determined that she was extremely intoxicated. She repeatedly refused the direction of the investigating Officer who was attempting to get her transportation, and safely home. Finally, after becoming increasingly belligerent, refusing to cooperate and yelling profanities at persons present, she was placed under arrest.
Officer Lickenfelt investigated, case status, cleared with an arrest.

07-0929P VIOLATION OF PROBATION, RESISTING WITH VIOLENCE 11/17/07
On this date at approximately 1200PM a patron of the library reported a non-student black male was acting suspicious on the third floor. Once contact was made the subject was asleep and was awaken by the investigating Officer. When asked for identification he refused. When he was informed he would be arrested for Obstruction of Justice he, continued to resist, striking the Officer in the chest. Finally, the Officer was able to place handcuffs on the suspect and place him under arrest.
Officer Velez investigated, case status, closed with and arrest.
