On this date a Poynter Library staff member reported a fight in progress, in the women's restroom on the main floor. When the Officer arrived and was about to enter the building, a black male started to flee from the area. The Officer ordered him to stop and he did. After an investigation at the scene, it was determined that the suspect had been in the women's restroom. While there he allegedly was peering over an occupied stall, while at the same time yelling and causing a disturbance.
Officer Young investigated, case status, cleared with an arrest.
