1) 06-0439P Trespass / Criminal Mischief 09/26/06
On this date at approximately 7:28 AM, a USF Staff member observed a NON-USF male attempting to cut a lock on a bicycle at the POY bicycle rack. The subject attempted to flee officers but was apprehended and arrested.
Officer Shaw investigated. Cleared with an arrest

2) 06-0441P Petit Theft 09/26/06
On this date at approximately 3:28 PM, a USF male student reported the theft of $138.00 from his wallet that had been left at the RHO vending area. There are no suspects at this time.
