1. 05-0295P Petit Theft 09/16/05

On this date, a report was received from a student that their missing bicycle was located inside the Marine Science Lab building. Sgt Jonathan Dye observed a person attempting to remove the bicycle. The person was questioned and the bicycle was returned to the owner after completion of an investigation by Ofc Kent Mattingly. Case exceptionally cleared, victim declined prosecution.
