WEEKLY ACTIVITY REPORT 09-03-04

1.  04-0303P  DISORDERLY INTOXICATION / OPEN CONTAINER   08/29/04

On this date at approximately 1830 hrs a USF Officer. came in contact with two intoxicated non-USF subjects in possession of an open container of beer.   Subjects became loud and abusive when asked to leave campus. Subjects left campus and fled in an unknown direction. An SPPD Officer assisted without success in locating subjects off campus.

Officer Mattingly investigated.   Case inactive.

2. 04-0309 P BATTERY 09/03/04

On this date at approximately 1401 hours the complainant, a USF staff member, reported that she was verbally harassed on 2 Sept 04 in Lot 5 by an unknown male, 60 Y.O.A., who then attempted to take a political placard belonging to her. The male subject was not successful, and fled.

Officer Shaw investigated. Case inactive.
