WEEKLY ACTIVITY REPORT 08-28-06

1. 06-0328P GRAND THEFT VEHICLE / LEAVING THE SCENE 08/23/06
On this date at approximately 4:11 PM, a male USF Staff Member reported a vehicle struck his vehicle parked in lot 3 and left the scene. Damage was estimated at $ 150. At about 1711 hours a female USF Student reported her vehicle stolen from lot 3. The stolen vehicle was found to be the sam vehicle as the hit and run crash suspect vehicle. The vehicle was recovered at about 1627 hours by SPPD with damage consistent to the earlier crash.
Officer Neder investigated. Case placed on inactive status unless further developments occur or leads develop.

1. 06-0331P PETIT THEFT 08/29/06
On this date at approximately 12:21 PM, a male USF Staff Member reported the theft of a boat safety kit and two gas cans from the Haney Landing dock. The items are valued at about $90.00. There are no suspects at this time.
Officer Shaw investigated. Case placed on inactive status.
