On this date at approximately 1145 hours, a non-USF affiliate male was behaving strangely in front of the Poynter Library. The subject had been previously warned against trespass on campus. He was arrested on charges of trespass after warning.
Officer Mattingly investigated. Cleared with an arrest

06-0161P Trespass Arrest 05/24/06
On this date at approximately 1150 hours a non-USFaffiliate male was found in open possession of an alcoholic beverage on the USF seawall, in violation of campus policy and city ordinance. The subject had been previously warned against trespass on campus. He was arrested on charges of trespass after warning.
Officer Mattingly investigated. Cleared with an arrest
