On this date at approximately 0938 hrs, a superintendent at the USF Residence Hall construction site made a late report regarding theft of a John Deere All Terrain Vehicle valued at $1100.00. The vehicle was apparently recovered shortly after the theft by SPPD, and was located at Tri-J towing compound. There are no suspects at this time.
Officer Neder investigated. Case placed on inactive status.
