WEEKLY ACTIVITY REPORT 01-08-06

1. 06-0002P Criminal Mischief 01/03/06

On this date at approximately 0915 hrs, a staff member at MSL discovered a bullet hole in the hood of a state owned vehicle. A small hole was also discovered in the roof of an awning directly above the vehicle. The damage appears to have been caused by a falling projectile ( bullet) shot into the air during city wide New Years Eve celebrations. The damage is estimated at $ 1500.00. There are no suspects at this time.
Officer Mattingly and Sgt. Wierzbowski investigated. Case placed on inactive status.
