GMAT Prep Course

Enroll in the USFSP GMAT Prep Course taught by experienced instructors who will help you prepare for test content, question types, and strategies. This comprehensive course spans over 4 Saturdays and is offered 3 times a year.  Students have the option to enroll in Math, Verbal or both sections of the course.

Course Text

We use the latest edition of the Official Guide for GMAT Review from the Graduate Management Admission Council textbook (2017 Edition) in all USFSP GMAT Prep Courses (ISBN 978-119-34762-0). Students are responsible for purchasing their own copy of the book prior to the start of the course. E-text versions of the book are not sufficient for this course, please purchase the hard copy text.

Please note that parking is monitored 24 hours a day and 7 days a week on the USFSP campus. You will need to purchase a parking pass from Parking Services or pay to park in a metered area. When purchasing a visitor pass, you will need to create a guest account and then enter all of your personal and vehicle information before you will be able to buy it. Please remember to purchase a visitor pass for each day that you are attending class. Alternatively you can purchase a day pass from the kiosk on the ground level of the parking garage each day you come to campus.

*Course Rebate

The University of South Florida St. Petersburg offers a USFSP GMAT Prep Course Rebate for those who have met all of the following criteria:
1. Registered and paid for the GMAT prep course
2. Completed the GMAT Prep course
3. Fully applied to the USFSP MBA or Master of Accountancy program (online application and supporting documents)
4. Submitted GMAT score
5. Completed the GMAT Prep course rebate form.

Note: Applicants do not have to have a completed undergraduate degree to apply for a graduate program. Provisional admission can be made with a minimum of three years coursework.

Note: The KTCOB MBA and MAcc programs require that a student enroll in a graduate level course or an MBA Essentials module within 2 semesters following the Boot Camp in order to receive a rebate. Contact Paolo Garcia at (727) 873-4496 or

Course registrants who complete the above requirements are eligible for a rebate of their registered course fee only. Cost of texbook and parking will not be rebated. A full application is one for which USFSP Graduate Studies has received all the necessary university documentation (online application and supplemental documents) required for the USFSP MBA or Master of Accountancy Program to render an admissions decision, including the official GMAT score report.

Applications must be complete with all supporting documents and decision-ready by  Nov 1, 2016 (for June 2016 Course), or April 1, 2016 (for Sept/Oct 2016 course), or July 1, 2017 (for January/February 2017 course) to take advantage of the rebate. Course registrants must complete and submit the USFSP GMAT Course Rebate Form. Allow 7-10 working days for credit card rebates from the date of approval and 6 to 8 weeks for cash and check rebates.

The rebate applies to the GMAT course fees only. The maximum amount to be rebated is $390 per course offering.  The cost for the course materials will not be rebated. The $30 University Application fee is non-refundable. Course reimbursements will not be issued after the start of the course.
