Denelta Adderley-Henry Associate Director for Human Resources

Manages HR Operations to include recruitment, benefits, retirement counseling, workforce planning, policy interpretation, performance management, visa processing, employee relations, workers’ compensation, classification, and training.  Serves as Equal Opportunity Liaison (EOL)


Tami Floodine Human Resources Consultant

Manages recruitment, including providing proactive search consultation and diversity outreach; onboarding, training, recognition programs, as well as working with managers to develop professional and competency development plans for staff


Robin Jones Human Resources Consultant

Manages appointments processing; coordinates attendance and leave, including family medical leave, and the  performance evaluation process; develops and administers training; conducts queries and reports


Trish Davis Human Resources Coordinator 

Responsible for HR appointment processing, recruitment, performance evaluations, EOL liasion, benefit & retirement administration, attendance & leave backup support, annual Take Your Child to Work Day event, and employee relations in-take coordinator.


Michele Holton Administrative Specialist

Responsible for payroll sign-up for faculty, staff & students, HR customer service, office support, drivers’ license and background checks, reconciliation


Todd Mendenhall HR Specialist

Responsible for administering the New Hire on-boarding program for all newly hired and re-hired employees, managing the background screening process, front desk coordination for walk in questions from staff and faculty, providing overall support for the HR consultants during training sessions and oversight of I-9 compliance for USFSP.
