Serve as administrative support for the HR Office and as a liaison with other offices. Establish and maintain USFSP Employee personnel files, written verification of employment, Backup support for the front desk and on-boarding support for HR Consultants. Responsible for monitoring program expenses, reconcile monthly expenditures. Assist with A/L audit process and perform duties as required by the Associate Director and RAVC.

Todd Mendenhall

Responsible for administering the New Hire on-boarding program for all newly hired and re-hired employees, managing the background screening process, HR website updates, oversight of I-9 compliance for USFSP, front desk coordination for walk in questions from staff and faculty, and providing overall support for the HR consultants during training sessions.
