All residents living outside a 30 mile radius are expected to live in University Student Housing.

Freshman Residency Requirement Exemption Form 2012-2013

Please follow the steps listed below to ensure your University Student Housing Applications and Contracts are processed as smoothly as possible:

1) Read and sign the contract: University Student Housing Application

2) Submit your signed University Student Housing Contract along with your $225 prepayment and processing fee to the University Cashier's Office: 140 7th Avenue South, Bayboro Hall 132, St. Petersburg, FL 33701.

3) Submit your Immunization Health History Form (proof of Meningitis and Hepatitis B) to: USF 4202 East Fowler Ave, SHA 100, Tampa, FL 33620.

Once the above listed steps are completed, the processing of your University Housing Contract and Application will begin.
