Newly Admitted Students

As a newly admitted graduate student at USFSP you are joining a select group of incredibly bright and talented students.  Our goal at the Office of Graduate Studies is to make sure you have the administrative help you need, when you need it, so you can focus on making the best of your time here at USFSP. To get you started, we’ve listed the most common items that new students need to take care of  to successfully enroll and get their first semester started on the right foot.

  • Orientation
  • Steps to Success
  • USF Net ID
Your USF Net ID is your log-in to access all USFSP student electronic resources. Therefore, if you haven’t already activated your USF Net ID, it is important that you do so as soon as possible.  Activate your USF Net ID.
OASIS (Online Access Student Information System) is used to register for classes, pay your tuition, and check your financial aid status among other administrative functions.
  • Immunization Holds
If you have not yet taken care of your Immunization Hold, you will need to do so before you can register for your first classes. If you are a returning USF System student, we suggest contacting the Office of Student Health Services at 813-974-4056 to ensure that your records are up to date. You can now get your immunizations completed at the new USFSP Wellness Center located on campus.

Download the necessary paperwork that must be completed to remove this registration hold.

  • Advising
If you have any other questions or concerns that need addressing, never hesitate to contact us at 727-873-4567 or We are here to help!
