The Geo-Spatial Analytics Lab at
the University of South Florida – St. Petersburg is pleased to offer training
workshops in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing.
The workshops will be offered throughout the year, so please check our
schedule for updates. We also can customize our services to a
particular skill or need, so please ask if you require something specific
that you don’t see offered (i.e., criminology applications, ArcHydro, etc).
The key lecturer is Dr. Barnali Dixon, an associate professor at USF St. Petersburg,
Florida.
Training workshops are offered in two
formats:
1) Instructor-led, or 2) Self-paced.
Instructor-led workshops are 1-2 days long
and hosted at USFSP on the water (unless otherwise specified). Take the
opportunity to see beautiful Florida
and our beautiful campus.
We also offer
semester-long web-based distance learning GIS courses. Please check them out
