Complete the 2011-2012 Worksheet using 2010 tax information.

Need aid for Fall 2012, Spring 2013, or Summer 2013?
Complete the 2012-2013 Worksheet, using 2011 tax information. You may estimate your 2011 tax amounts if your tax returns are not final, then revise the totals after you file your return. Remember, many types of financial aid are deadline driven. Gather the following documents to complete the FAFSA:

• Tax returns or estimates (if applicable)
• Bank statements
• Business, Farm and Investment records including: stock, bond, mutual funds, money market accounts.
• Social Security numbers
• Student’s drivers license (if applicable).
• Untaxed income records including Social Security, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, Welfare, or Veterans Benefits records.
