Facilities Services

Overview

Facilities Services is committed to meeting the needs of the University by effectively managing the operations and maintenance of the facilities under its jurisdiction to the extent resources allow. We strive to effectively operate the facilities so a safe, clean, comfortable and functional environment is provided to enhance discovery, learning, living and working throughout the USFSP community. We also endeavor to maintain these needs by pursuing the following:

  • Assurance that all Facilities Services work is in compliance with codes and University regulations, technically appropriate, planned with total system effects and efficiently completed.
  • Assistance and support for the effort to ensure that all construction, modification and use of facilities is technically appropriate and provide for efficient maintenance and operation.
  • Use of an efficient work order system to initiate, monitor and document pertinent aspects of work requested.

Your suggestions for additional or improvement to existing services are encouraged and welcome.
