Williams House and Courtyard Reservations

Representatives from USFSP departments, committees, student groups, etc. may reserve rooms on the first floor of the Williams House (WMS) and/or the adjacent Snell/Williams Courtyard.

1. Review the Williams House Reservation and Space Use Procedures (PDF).
2. Check the calendar below for availability and continue with Step 3.
   

3. If a time slot is available, submit the Reservation Request Form.
4. External Affairs will notify you when your request has been approved or declined.
