Workshops, Forums & Classes

American Red Cross Classes

Our waterfront and aquatic facility is an authorized provider of the American Red Cross. Throughout the year, various classes are offered including CPR, first aid, lifeguard training and lifeguard challenges.

Business Executive Education and Forums

Business professionals are invited to attend our special business executive classes, offered on a regular basis.

In addition, business leaders in our community are invited to speak about exciting new developments in their fields at the Walgreens Bayside Business Forum, a monthly forum hosted by the USF St. Petersburg College of Business that focuses on interdisciplinary collaborations shaping Florida’s business future.

Past topics at the business forum have included art of entrepreneurship, private space exploration, and doing business in China.

GIS Workshops

Our Geo-Spatial Analytics Lab is pleased to offer training workshops in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing.

The workshops are offered throughout the year and can be customized to a particular skill or need, such as criminology applications or ArcHydro.

Our GMAT Prep Course is taught by experienced instructors who will help you prepare for test content, question types, and strategies. Take practice questions during class and use the online test prep program at home to maximize your score on test day.

GRE Prep

Our Revised GRE Prep Course helps you achieve your best possible score for your Graduate Record Examinations.

Tuition Waivers for Florida Seniors

This program allows those residents to register for up to three courses, tuition-free, on a “space available” basis. Courses are available in the liberal arts (College of Arts and Sciences) and business (College of Business) disciplines.
