Upper-Division Economic Courses Required Courses: ECO 3203 (.pdf) - Intermediate Macroeconomics (3 credit hours) ECO 3101 (.pdf) - Intermediate Price Theory (3 credit hours) Student must take ECO 3203 plus EITHER ECO 3101 OR ECP 3703.
Elective Courses (15 hours) Electives regularly offered at USFSP include: ECO 3703 (.pdf) - International Economics (3 credit hours) ECO 4704 (.pdf) - International Trade and Policy (3 credit hours) ECO 4713 (.pdf) - International Macroeconomics (3 credit hours) ECS 4430 (.pdf) - Economics of Latin America (3 credit hours) ECO 4504 (.pdf) - Public Finance (3 credit hours) ECP 3530 (.pdf) - Economics of Health (3 credit hours) ECP 3302 (.pdf) - Enviornmental Economics (3 credit hours) Each of these required and elective courses is 3 hours. Students cannot receive credit for both ECP 3703 and ECO 3101. FIN 3233 may be substituted for one of the upper-division Economics electives. No more than 3 credits from ECO 4905 and/or ECO 4914 can be applied toward a major.
