2009-2010 Annual Scholarship

Extended deadline:  APRIL 10, 2010

Must be willing to appear at the annual chapter meeting on April 20, 2010.

These are general requirements for all scholarship applicants (individual scholarships may require more information):

1.        Personal statement – Personal background, career and work experience, scholastic goals, career goals, other community experience, other relevant information.

2.       Certified Transcripts – from USF St. Petersburg

3.       Two (2) Letters of recommendation

4.       Year in school

5.       Expected Graduation Date
