USF St. Petersburg hosts ODE's Pi Chapter of Florida.  This International Honor Society in Economics has over 630 chapters across the world.  Specific qualifications include 12 completed credit hours in Economics (at USF or elsewhere), a 3.0 GPA in Economics courses, and a 3.0 GPA in all USF courses.  It is open to Economics majors, Economics minors, and others who qualify.  New members of the Honor Society are accepted each semester.  A $32.00 lifetime ODE international membership fee provides for individual membership scrolls, a membership card, and a one-year subscription (2 issues) to The American Economist.  If you have any questions, please ask ODE faculty advisor, Tom Carter (873-4893, cartert@stpt.usf.edu).

Fall 2008 Initiation Reception

        Our second USFSP ODE initiation reception will be from 5:00 to 6:00 on Wednesday October 29 at the Williams  House.  Economics faculty members, ODE members, and new ODE inductees are invited.
