Group Fitness is a culmination of the best fitness trends in a full spectrum of instructor led classes ranging from Yoga to Booty Camp. Participants of all levels of fitness are encouraged to take advantage of our certified instructor led classes. We assure all participants will have fun and a great workout no matter your level of fitness. Our knowledgeable and friendly instructors will provide modifications for all fitness classes.
Rock Bottom+ is a lower body strength and toning class
that uses a combination of plyometrics, calisthenics, and
H.I.I.T. to help burn calories and build muscle. The workout
consists of four sections: a dynamic stretch, high intensity
intervals with a focus on lower-body muscle groups, low
intensity pilates-inspired work, and a dedicated stretch
