Group Fitness is a culmination of  the best fitness trends in a full spectrum of instructor led classes ranging from Yoga to Booty Camp. Participants of all levels of fitness are encouraged to take advantage of our certified instructor led classes. We assure all participants will have fun and a great workout no matter your level of fitness. Our knowledgeable and friendly instructors will provide modifications for all fitness classes.

Class Descriptions

Mind/Body

Power Flow Yoga

This class is designed to build heat in the body with creative and challenging transitions. The class starts out strong, but ends with restorative poses, leaving you feeling both invigorated and relaxed. All levels are welcome!

Boot Camp Yoga

Yoga Boot Camp is a challenging class using the core principals of yoga flow with a combination of yoga stability ball exercises to improve your strength and cardio fitness level. A fun upbeat class that welcomes all levels.

 

Power Balance Yoga

This Yoga class is great for those who would like more of a physical challenge out of their practice. Power Balance will focus on a yoga flow that introduces more complex balancing poses. The class will positively challenge your mind and body.

 

Pilates

Prepare to strengthen, lengthen, and gain control over your body in Pilates. This core focused exercise uses body weight and minimal equipment to engage your “powerhouse” while improving balance, endurance, and coordination. Emphasis is placed on breathing patterns and spinal alignment.

Strength

Rock Bottom+

Rock Bottom+ is a lower body strength and toning class
that uses a combination of plyometrics, calisthenics, and
H.I.I.T. to help burn calories and build muscle. The workout
consists of four sections: a dynamic stretch, high intensity
intervals with a focus on lower-body muscle groups, low
intensity pilates-inspired work, and a dedicated stretch
period to finish. This class is inviting to individuals of all
fitness levels!

STRONG by Zumba™

This is a class for anyone looking for a more challenging,
high intensity interval training workout. Moving in sync
with music makes you work harder so this class will push
you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals
faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular
endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an
increased afterburn.

MetCon Bootcamp

Metabolic Conditioning, or “MetCon”, is a great way for you
to increase the efficiency of your workout. This class will
combine high intensity work, resistance, and weight of all
kinds in short time intervals in order to give you a
challenging workout within a reasonable amount of time.
MetCon is deigned to keep your body burning calories
hours after the workout ends! Perfect for those who want to
see maximum result from shortened amount of time.

Dance/Cardio

H.I.I.T.

This High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class is a killer workout that combines aerobic exercise, strength training, and adequate rest. This class provides  an effective workout for all levels of fitness and can improve aspects of your overall health!

Hip Hop Cardio

This class is full of fun dances,  that will make you work and twerk! With current songs that everyone knows, you won’t want to stop moving. This 45 min long class will give you a full body work out and leave you sweating.

Zumba

This is a class that is perfect for everybody and everybody
since each Zumba® class is designed to bring people
together to sweat it on. A total body workout, combining
all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning,
balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose
of awesome each time you leave class.
