The USF Sailing Teams are wrapping up a successful spring season. The USF Women’s Team placed 17th overall in the Sperry Top-Sider Championships and the Co-Ed Team placed 10th overall in the Annapolis Performance Sailing Appeal Team Racing Championship held at the U.S. Naval Academy and St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

“We are very proud of the teams’ success on the water and in the classroom this year,” said Tim King, coach of the Co-Ed Sailing Team. “We are particularly proud of  their championship results. Making it to all three spring championships is tough; everyone is preparing to compete at such a high level. It takes dedication, passion and discipline to stay focused on the process, and we couldn’t be more proud.”
