The Second Annual St. Petersburg Science Festival, held in conjunction with the 18th Annual MarineQuest, drew thousands of people to the USF St. Petersburg Waterfront on Saturday, Oct. 27.
About 100 exhibits lined the waterfront on from Poynter Park to the USF College of Marine Science – four times as many exhibits as the 2011 inaugural Science Festival.
Food trucks fed the masses and a marching band kicked off the festivities.
