St. Petersburg, FL — The next Bayside Business Forum on Jan. 12 will explore how to manage a multi-faceted enterprise while keeping employees motivated. “The Art of Entrepreneurship,” will feature a discussion with William Edwards, an entrepreneur and owner of several successful businesses.
“The success of our country is deeply rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit of our forefathers,” said Maling Ebrahimpour, dean of the College of Business. “Mr. Edwards is an entrepreneur who helped shape several businesses in and out of Pinellas County. His presentation promises to be an exciting and engaging discussion on his personal success as an entrepreneur.”

The Bayside Business Forum is presented by the Dean’s Advisory Council of the College of Business at USFSP. Dean Ebrahimpour will moderate the discussion. The Bayside Business Forum series focuses on the interdisciplinary collaborations shaping Florida’s business future.
Edwards is owner of Bill Edwards Presents, Inc., a live concert business; Mortgage Investors Corporation, a mortgage refinancing company for veterans; Big3 Records/Big3 Entertainment Group, an independent record label; The Club at Treasure Island, a private membership club; and he is president of the Edwards Family Foundation. He owns several real estate holdings in Treasure Island and St. Petersburg. Edwards serves as Chairman of the Board of the Chamber at the City of Treasure Island with hopes to get involved promoting tourism within the city and helping local businesses
