The Wally and Louise Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership is proud to announce Dr. William "Bill" Heller as their new director. Dr. Heller has been with the University of South Florida St. Petersburg since 1992, where he first began as the CEO and Dean of the campus. In 2002, Dr. Heller became a full tenured professor in Special Education. From 2006 to 2010, Dr. Heller was a State Representative for District 52 in the Florida House of Representatives.
