After the necessary approvals have been obtained, an offer of employment may be officially extended to the selected candidate by the hiring authority.

Please note that for positions requiring a degree, official transcripts must be provided to Human Resources before a formal job offer can be made.

Once orally extended, Human Resources will, if requested, provide the appropriate letter of offer to the selected candidate including a schedule for Benefits Orientation and payroll sign-up.
