Assessing the Applicant Pool
Departments can view applications and resumes for a recruitment in Careers@USF. However, the Equal Opportunity Liaison (EOL) must certify that the applicant pool is acceptable prior to any interviews scheduled. The applicant pool will be certified as acceptable when the hiring department has made a good faith effort to compile a diverse applicant pool. If the applicant pool is not acceptable, the hiring authority must re-advertise unless continuation of the selection process is approved by DEO. The EOL will advise the hiring authority. At USF St. Petersburg the EOL is Denelta Adderly-Henry or Kristen Smuder. |
