University of South Florida System Early Retirement Incentive Program

For Employees in the Faculty Pay Plan

University of South Florida System is providing a second offering of the Early Retirement Incentive Program for those in the faculty pay plan. Human Resources facilitates the following functions:

  • Recruitment of New Employees (assistance with development of job descriptions, advertisements, and screening, and qualifying)
  • Classification – establishing, reclassifying, and updating job descriptions
  • Hiring of New Employees - pre-employment paperwork and processing
  • Benefits Orientation of New Employees – USF offers a generous leave, insurance & retirement programs
  • Administration of Employee Benefits - health, life, disability, retirement, leave,
  • Employee Workshops and Training – a variety of training offered regularly
  • Recognition Programs – Outstanding Employee Program, Length of Service, USF Outstanding Staff Award, Employee of the Month
  • Separating Employees – exit interviews
